Declaration of consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 7 of Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

I agree that my personal data, namely full name, address and email address, are processed by World Wide Trade Ltd. for the fulfillment of a contract for purchased goods or ordered services, as well as for sending informational and advertising messages about the products and services of World Wide Trade Ltd. I give my consent for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and World Wide Trade Ltd., and thereafter for the shorter of: 1) the period provided for the storage of contractual documents according to the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria or 2) the period of 5 years.

I have been informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by requesting it at Exercise your rights!, and that my request may not be satisfied if it contradicts the fulfillment of legal obligations of the administrator or the public interest.
